What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage within BCG's Consumer and Marketing, Sales, & Pricing (MSP) Practice Areas, you will work in a growing global team, providing retail pricing expertise and insights while collaborating with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. You will also contribute to developing intellectual property and assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

BCG’s Consumer Practice focuses on consumer goods, retail, and fashion & luxury. The MSP practice works with leading companies redefining customer demand, marketing, pricing, sales, and customer experience, with growth in pricing and AI-enabled offerings.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Required The ideal candidate has a passion for the Retail industry and enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders to solve problems. Key attributes include:

• Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to solve client problems through relevant research and analytical approaches in retail pricing & promotion, with solid technical tool skills in Excel, Tableau, etc.
• Credible and confident written and verbal communication with case teams and stakeholders
• Collaborative, effective in virtual team settings, proficient in agile ways of working
• Flexible with a curious and creative mindset, open to new ideas and able to propose innovations
• Navigating complexity and ambiguity

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant retail pricing & promotion (strongly preferred)
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in English
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contributions, and a market-leading benefits package. Base salary range: $100,450.00 - $108,500.00. This is an estimated range; final base salaries depend on experience and skill set. Total compensation may include a bonus up to 16% and a retirement contribution starting at 5% and moving to 10% after 2 years. Benefits include:
