Position Summary: Unified Care Hospice is seeking a driven, compassionate Hospice Marketer to build meaningful relationships in the community, drive referrals, and increase awareness of our mission to provide comfort, dignity, and support to patients and families facing end-of-life care. The ideal candidate has a passion for outreach, a strong understanding of healthcare networks, and the ability to communicate the value of hospice care with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospice services within assigned territory.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice philosophy, eligibility criteria, and services offered.
• Conduct presentations, attend health fairs, networking events, and community meetings to represent the agency.
• Track and analyze referral trends, territory growth, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure seamless referral and intake processes.
• Maintain CRM records, reports, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company standards.
• Serve as a compassionate and knowledgeable representative of Unified Care Hospice in all outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in hospice, home health, or senior care.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and eligibility requirements.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.
