Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join a growing team as a Commercial Lines Producer.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on trust and personalized service
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and retain existing clients
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless client support
- Travel locally to meet with clients and prospects as needed
- Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner
For Entry-Level Candidates:
- Recent college graduate or early-career professional with a strong sales personality
- Willingness to work onsite full-time during training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record as a validated producer in Commercial Lines
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the start
- Strong understanding of the local market and ability to build trust within the community
- Local residency or strong ties to area (Decatur, Bloomington, Washington, or Peoria preferred)
- Ability to travel locally as required
