Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing

Overview

We are seeking a talented Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing to drive business for a beautiful full-service hotel near Plano , TX ! This role will be instrumental in building revenue to meet and exceed company goals while playing an integral part in the development and execution of a strong sales and marketing team. This property is proudly part of a leading management group that continues to grow. The hotel features 300+ rooms/suites, full-service dining and catering and 15k square feet of meeting space.

Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 base salary plus 25% quarterly potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k with company match, PTO and more!

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue for a full-service hotel.
• Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Build, mentor, and manage a sales and marketing team with 4+ direct reports.
• Collaborate with operations and catering teams to optimize rooms and banquet events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as DOS/DOSM for a full-service property of at least 200+ rooms
• Team management of at least 4 direct reports
• Hands-on leadership approach
• Passion for active selling and business development
• Exhibited success selling both rooms and catering/banquet events
