Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing for a beautiful full-service hotel just north of Dallas. This role will be instrumental in building revenue to meet and exceed company goals while playing an integral part in the development and execution of a strong sales and marketing team. The property features 300+ rooms/suites, full-service dining and catering and 15k square feet of meeting space.

Compensation

Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus

COMPENSATION: $125,000 - $135,000 base salary plus 25% quarterly potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k with company match, PTO and more!

Responsibilities

• Drive business for the hotel by building revenue to meet and exceed company goals
• Lead the development and execution of a strong sales and marketing team
• Collaborate with senior management and hotel leadership to achieve revenue targets

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Marketing (DOS/DOSM) for a full-service property of at least 200+ rooms
• Experience managing at least 4 direct reports
• Hands-on leadership approach
• Passion for active selling and business development
• Proven success selling both rooms and catering/banquet events
