Overview

Lead Marketing Field Agent role at Hyatt (Sacramento, CA). This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer; the employer of individuals working at this hotel may be a third-party management company responsible for employment benefits and obligations at this location.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: 20.90 / hr. + commission + up to $450 / week additional training pay for the first 10 weeks only.

Schedule: Full-time; must be available to attend events throughout Sacramento County and schedules vary depending on events; afternoon / night and weekend availability needed.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000 potential

Up to $2,000 with 1 year of marketing timeshare experience: $1,000 paid after forty-five days, $1,000 paid after six months of employment. Up to $1,000 with no timeshare experience: $500 paid after forty-five days, $500 paid after six months of employment. Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign-on Bonus. Eligibility and terms may vary by position and location.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs. Provides feedback to managers regarding individual performances and recommends any additional training needed.
  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations. Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
  • Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Marketing Coordinator Lead

Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Concierge, telemarketing and / or sales experience preferred. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
