As a Marketing Coordinator Lead, you will assist in providing our Owners / guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Pay and Benefits

Pay: $20.90 / hr. + commission + up to $450 / week additional training pay. Benefits include Medical / Dental / Vision / 401K opportunities, travel discounts, Credit Union Membership, Tuition Reimbursement, Professional Counseling & Family Support, Growth and Development Opportunities. Benefit eligibility will vary by position.

Sign-on and performance bonuses: Up to $2,000 with 1 year of marketing timeshare experience; $1,000 paid after forty-five days; $1,000 paid after six months of employment; Up to $1,000 with no timeshare experience; $500 paid after forty-five days; $500 paid after six months of employment. Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign-on Bonus.

Schedule and Location

Full-time schedule; must be available to attend events throughout Sacramento County. Schedules vary based on events; afternoon / night and weekend availability needed. For the first 10 weeks only: schedule considerations apply.

Responsibilities

  • Act as team lead and assist with scheduling needs.
  • Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances and recommend any additional training needed.
  • Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
  • Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensure that owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
  • Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Greet guests, address their needs, and interact professionally with colleagues and guests.
  • Contribute to team goals and follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Physical requirements: reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop; ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Position may require background and drug screening per company policy and applicable legal requirements.
