Advertising Operations Manager – Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads

Advertising Operations Manager – Hybrid (New York, NY)

Location: Hybrid; 3 days/week onsite in New York, NY

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Advertising Operations Manager to lead the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is essential for ensuring campaign accuracy, regulatory alignment, and performance within a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end setup, QA, and launch of paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Oversee timelines, tracking implementation, audience targeting, and budget pacing
• Serve as platform expert, staying current on updates, ad policies, and best practices
• Develop SOPs for trafficking, creative specs, landing page alignment, and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with media planners, legal/compliance, creative, and analytics teams
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations
• Support reporting dashboards and attend performance review meetings

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital advertising operations, with hands-on experience in Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Experience in regulated industries preferred
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy, tracking, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with ad servers, analytics platforms, and tag management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-level campaigns and large budgets
• Knowledge of financial advertising regulations
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
• Basic understanding of HTML/JavaScript a plus

Compensation

Estimated Min Rate: $35.00

Estimated Max Rate: $50.00
