Overview
Heritage Auctions is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to join our Design Team within the Marketing Department at our Dallas, Texas office. This in-house position requires on-site attendance. You will serve a pivotal role in our print design endeavors, working with fellow designers, print production staff, marketing managers, and subject matter experts to craft materials that resonate with our brand's ethos in a deadline-driven environment. Having a background in promoting fine jewelry, luxury items, or fine art through print design is a plus. Please note that this position predominantly revolves around print design and is not aligned with digital UI/UX, web, or e-commerce design realms.

Key Responsibilities
- Auction Catalogs (70%) – Lead the design and layout of auction catalogs ranging from 100 to 400+ pages.
- Marketing Collateral (30%) – Create print ads, direct mail campaigns, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of print graphic design experience with strong pre-press skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field (plus).
- Strong typography, layout, and color correction skills.
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-page projects (catalogs, books, magazines, brochures).
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to design and production.
- Ability to sketch preliminary thumbnails or conceptual drafts.
- Proficiency in color correction, graphic preparation for print, and proofing bluelines.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management abilities.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
