Responsibilities

• Build, test, and optimize various email flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
• Set up and manage 2-3 email campaigns per week
• QA/test flow logic, fix errors, and improve performance metrics
• Consolidate SMS and popups into Klaviyo for streamlined communication
• Ensure list hygiene, proper segmentation, and sunsetting of inactive profiles

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify in a DTC eCommerce setting
• Strong copywriting skills and knowledge of retention subscription marketing
• Proven experience in flow architecture and testing within Klaviyo
• Ability to work directly with internal teams without outsourcing
• Experience working with clients in the beauty or supplements sector is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated results from previous clients, showcasing successful flows and KPIs
• Specific experience in retention marketing strategies for DTC supplements
