Overview

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Celebrity & Influencer Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting the operations of the department. They will provide support and work closely with the Celebrity Relations Director. The coordinator will be responsible for all logistical aspects of celebrity & influencer engagements, ensuring a seamless and positive experience when managing store pulls for product and talent allowances, processing invoices, and facilitating both domestic and international shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Travel Logistics Coordination: Manage travel, car and glam bookings for LVA celebrity and influencer talents for fashion shows, brand image events, award shows and fittings.
  • Process and track invoices related to these bookings; manage LVM re-bills.
  • Cross Functional Partnership: Liaise with LVM coordination team for seamless day-of event execution (e.g., photocall arrival times, car arrival times) for fashion shows and brand image events.
  • Coordinate all approved store pulls for PR placements, gifting and allowances.
  • Reconcile budget for both LVA budget and LVM re-bills.
  • Administrative Support: Assist Louis Vuitton Americas' celebrity and influencer teams with daily administrative duties and scheduling including organization of flowers, invitations, giftings, etc.
  • Support in the preparation and execution of product seeding to celebrities, influencers and stylists; including courier management.
  • Support with domestic and international shipments; booking local couriers, generating international custom invoices, tracking incoming shipments and returning LVM samples; work closely with LVM teams to ensure all samples are accounted for and delivered/returned in a timely manner.

Qualifications / Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications/PR or relevant professional experience in celebrity relations.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines (often under minimal timeframes) and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent follow-through, very detail oriented, highly organized, and deadline oriented.
  • Proven experience in coordinating travel logistics and time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly range within $28.00 - $30.00, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

Please note that restrictions may apply to part-time employees.

On-site Requirement

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
