Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and evaluate creators who align with client objectives, ensuring diverse and authentic partnerships.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling, narrative-driven campaign concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Campaign & Contract Execution: Manage influencer communications, contracts, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful execution of campaigns.
  • Impact Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insightful reports that showcase ROI and strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the influencer database with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate and organized records of all partnerships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and client teams, including social, creative, strategy, and analytics, to integrate influencer initiatives into broader marketing efforts.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously optimize our approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong background in sourcing creators and managing partnerships.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools; ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly in database management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovative campaign ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with influencer CRM tools (e.g., Aspire, CreatorIQ, Grin, or similar).
  • Understanding of FTC guidelines and compliance requirements for influencer marketing.
