Overview

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Supervisor to lead our Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of marketing strategy and oversee graphic design continuity.
  • Control budget and allocate resources amongst projects.
  • Grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities and collaborating with the business team to uncover insights for developing marketing branding strategies.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events and conduct general market research to stay abreast of trends and competitors’ marketing movements.
  • Serve as the organization’s marketing liaison to external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients; build strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with departments and leaders to provide a full spectrum of marketing services.
  • Project a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Provide leadership and direction to others.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Demonstrates eligibility for employment in the United States.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Enthusiasm for the mission of NWSH and patients we serve.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and analytic skills; ability to analyze data and interpret results.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and business development.
  • Three years of relatable experience required.
