Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a professional and outgoing Physician Liaison to join our Marketing Team!
Northwest Specialty Hospital is looking for a professional and outgoing Physician Liaison to strengthen relationships between the hospital and local medical offices. This role promotes NWSH services, supports community outreach, and helps increase patient referrals by fostering strong connections with referring providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and be comfortable working under pressure. Responsibilities include meeting with physicians, supporting events, sharing updates on hospital services, and traveling locally as needed. Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Must have strong attention to detail, clinical/medical acumen, and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results. Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, & Outlook). Experience with CRM (Customer Relations Management) Software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Three years of relatable experience preferred. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. About Northwest Specialty Hospital:
