Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level media strategies and ensuring client satisfaction
• Deliver exemplary client service by maintaining strong relationships and developing strategic communications plans
• Engage in new business development and operational leadership while mentoring junior staff
• Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, award submissions, and campaign plans
• Maintain financial oversight of accounts, ensuring accurate billing and managing client expectations

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency
• Strong academic background, particularly in English and/or Business
• Proven experience in consumer brand PR, corporate PR, and crisis management
• Excellent understanding of media relations and the ability to generate impactful PR campaigns
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• A wide network of national and regional media contacts
• Experience in measuring the ROI of communications activities
• Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in PR strategies
• Proven track record of delivering successful PR campaigns from inception to delivery
• Ability to thrive in a flexible and dynamic work environment
