Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level media strategies and ensuring client satisfaction
- Deliver exemplary client service by maintaining strong relationships and developing strategic communications plans
- Engage in new business development and operational leadership while mentoring junior staff
- Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, award submissions, and campaign plans
- Maintain financial oversight of accounts, ensuring accurate billing and managing client expectations
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency
- Strong academic background, particularly in English and/or Business
- Proven experience in consumer brand PR, corporate PR, and crisis management
- Excellent understanding of media relations and the ability to generate impactful PR campaigns
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- A wide network of national and regional media contacts
- Experience in measuring the ROI of communications activities
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in PR strategies
- Proven track record of delivering successful PR campaigns from inception to delivery
- Ability to thrive in a flexible and dynamic work environment
