Responsibilities

• Lead 4 to 5 account teams in developing high-level strategies and media strategies for clients
• Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong relationships with clients and media
• Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, campaign plans, and award submissions
• Oversee agency operations, including mentoring junior staff and managing account financials
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive agency growth

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency
• Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business
• Experience in managing a press office and handling press inquiries
• Proven ability to measure the ROI of communication activities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong understanding of media dynamics

Preferred Qualifications

• Core consumer brand PR background with some knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
• A wide network of national consumer and business media contacts
• Proven track record of delivering impactful PR campaigns from inception to delivery
• Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in PR strategies
• Experience in social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
