We are hiring for a variety of positions in our studios located in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. The Project Captain will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including client interaction, design, production of plans/specifications, quality control, consultant coordination and construction administration, while maintaining project budgets, managing staff, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery including client interaction, design, production of plans and specifications, quality control, consultant coordination and construction administration.
• Maintain project budgets and deadlines; supervise architectural staff; ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Design Skills, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate capability across all aspects of project delivery including client interaction, design, production of plans/specifications and consultant coordination.
