MUST HAVE A HOSPICE BOOK OF BUSINESS

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p

Driving position - must be willing and able to drive to patient’s place of residence.

Vacation: 80 hours per year - first year prorated

AZ Sick Time: 40 hours per year

Responsibilities

• Hospice Sales Representative will: Call on Physicians, Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and other potential referral sources to develop new business relationships.
• Prepare marketing plans and develop target lists within an assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain client relationships. Use skills to develop territory sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Proficient in the explanation of benefits for patients and families.
• Represent Hospice Promise and its services in a competent, professional, and responsive manner.
• Interact with Hospice Promise patient care management and staff in a team fashion consistent with the organization’s service and teamwork culture.
• Maintain standards of high-quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
• Bi-Lingual a plus!
• Three years experience minimum with established accounts.

8-hour shifts

Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Knowledgeable about the Hospice benefit and how to explain it to referral sources, patients and families.
• Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
• This is a driving position; must have automobile, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Established Book of Business
• 3 years marketing experience required
