We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Office Manager to provide high-level support to a group of Commercial Real Estate Brokers and collaborate with the Companys Principals on graphic design, advertising material, and PR.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the creation of marketing materials, proposals, property offering and tour packages
  • Designs and maintains property listings via major real estate listing services and social media
  • Utilizes design skill sets with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop design tools
  • Maintains effective internal communications ensuring marketing support of brokerage services
  • Maintains company website
  • Designs and outsource company brand materials
  • Provides office management support overseeing office operations and administration
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Ability to communicate professionally with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task in a small office atmosphere
  • Must be personable, flexible and professional and reliable
  • Take pride in all aspects of the job, not just the fun tasks
