We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Office Manager to provide high-level support to a group of Commercial Real Estate Brokers and collaborate with the Companys Principals on graphic design, advertising material, and PR.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the creation of marketing materials, proposals, property offering and tour packages
- Designs and maintains property listings via major real estate listing services and social media
- Utilizes design skill sets with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop design tools
- Maintains effective internal communications ensuring marketing support of brokerage services
- Maintains company website
- Designs and outsource company brand materials
- Provides office management support overseeing office operations and administration
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Ability to communicate professionally with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task in a small office atmosphere
- Must be personable, flexible and professional and reliable
- Take pride in all aspects of the job, not just the fun tasks
