Position Summary The Marketing Brand Strategist will help shape and execute the company's brand and marketing strategies to support growth, strengthen market presence, and guide new product development. Reporting directly to the President, with a dotted-line responsibility to the Sales team, this role is designed for a hands-on strategist who can blend creativity with research-driven insights. The Marketing Brand Strategist will collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering to ensure that marketing activities, customer feedback, and brand positioning align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Messaging o Support the development and refinement of the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. o Assist with creating brand guidelines, positioning statements, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Marketing Growth Initiatives o Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, trade shows, and other channels. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy-including photography, video, and campaign concepts-that connects with consumers and drives sales. o Partner with Sales to align marketing efforts with sales goals and customer engagement strategies. o Serve as the lead point of contact for social media and digital media strategy, staying ahead of platform trends and best practices. o Manage daily operations of Instagram, META, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms with creative, timely, and on-brand content. o Track campaign performance and share insights to optimize effectiveness.

Market Research & Product Development Support o Work with Engineering to coordinate market research and customer focus groups. o Gather and analyze customer feedback, competitor activity, and industry trends to inform product development and go-to-market planning. o Provide insights that bridge the gap between customer needs and product design. • Cross-Functional Collaboration o Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to align marketing activities with broader business priorities. o Provide marketing support for customer presentations, proposals, and sales initiatives. o Act as a connector between departments to ensure marketing insights are integrated into company strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or product-related roles. • Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and customer insights. • Proven track record managing Instagram, META, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms • Strong understanding of content creation and campaign execution • Photography skills a major plus (product & lifestyle) • Bonus skills: video editing, graphic design, influencer partnerships • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills • Strong written and visual communication skills • Experience with focus groups, surveys, or other customer research methods. • Background in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing industries. • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics. ________________________________________
