Qualifications and Skillsets: Brand Strategy & Management:

Drive the creation, evolution, and implementation of innovative brand strategies that align with company goals, ensuring a strong and differentiated market position. Website Management:

Oversee the company's website strategy, content, and user experience to ensure it reflects the brand identity, supports lead generation, and serves as a central hub for customer engagement. Marketing Campaigns:

Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to build awareness, increase engagement, and drive customer acquisition. Messaging & Visual Identity:

Develop compelling brand messaging and oversee visual identity, including logos, style guides, and design assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values. Digital Presence:

Manage online brand presence, including website, social media, and digital advertising, to create a cohesive and impactful customer experience. Market Research & Insights:

Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and inform brand positioning and campaign strategies. Brand Consistency:

Champion brand integrity across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment in messaging, design, and customer interactions. Project & Stakeholder Management:

Lead cross-functional projects, manage external vendors/partners, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that support marketing and business objectives. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or related role Demonstrated expertise in website strategy, content management systems (CMS), and digital analytics Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and customer experience Exceptional project management, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency in competitive analysis, market research, and campaign performance evaluation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with a data-driven, strategic mindset
