Ocean Drive Plastic Surgery is a full-service plastic surgery center and medical spa located in Vero Beach, FL. We provide a full spectrum of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, medical dermatology, and advanced medspa services. Our medical staff is led by Alan Durkin, M.D., a dual Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, and Dr. Edgar Sosa, a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. Media Manager Full-Time

Our medical aesthetics practice is seeking a Media Manager to join our team. This role combines creative production with behind-the-scenes coordination to keep our media organized and on-brand. What Youll Do

Technical and Administrative Capture consistent, high-quality before-and-after patient photos. Learn and operate advanced photography and imaging systems including Obvio, Vectra, and Nikon (training provided). Coordinate patient scheduling with the nursing team and cosmetic coordinator. Confirm patient photo consents are signed and present marketing consents or waivers as needed. Upload photos into the EMR and catalog in media database with accurate labeling and organization for easy retrieval. Creative & Marketing Capture in-office reels, photos, and video per marketing direction. Stage photography with proper lighting using iPhones, ring lights, and props. Film in surgery and clinical settings as assigned. Provide media coverage at office events and company-sponsored events. Edit and prepare images in Adobe Photoshop for both clinical and marketing use as directed. Edit and produce videos and reels aligned with branding guidelines for marketing use. Support patients and models in feeling comfortable and confident during media sessions by providing clear guidance on posture and positioning. Opportunities to travel with the company as part of the film crew for trainings, conferences, and promotional projects. What Were Looking For

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience in photography, videography, or media management preferred. Flexible availability for early mornings, occasional evenings/weekends, and travel. Strong organizational skills for managing consents, scheduling, and file systems. Professional, patient, and approachable demeanor with the ability to help patients and models feel at ease. Creative eye for lighting, staging, and composition. Why Join Us
