Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you’re ready to lead by example, go All IN, and rally & empower your team to excel in connecting customers to their world. Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership. Primary point of contact for store employees.

Responsibilities

  • Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers and use feedback for development, training, and coaching; ensure trainings are completed on time.
  • Assist with customer-related issues to positively impact the customer experience with the T-Mobile brand and expectations.
  • Own store success and address store employees’ needs, leadership, staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
  • Support operational excellence by observing store functions, monitoring sales and inventory, managing sales tracking, and implementing new programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment.
  • Hire store employees passionate about building long-lasting customer relationships and the T-Mobile brand.
  • Support team through development, training, mentoring, and driving behaviors that lead to customer loyalty and employee success.
  • Lead by example with up-to-date knowledge of products, services, training, and leadership practices; be an expert resource for the team.
  • Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
  • Responsible for overall productivity, drive operational efficiencies, protect assets, and deliver financial results by managing KPIs and store expenses.
  • Provide personalized performance management and recognition to celebrate achievements.
  • Ensure employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measures and sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed store sales goals.

The experience you’ll bring

  • 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Requirements

  • 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Required)
  • 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
