As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, rally your team, and empower them to connect customers with the full range of T‑Mobile products and services. You will be responsible for all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, asset protection, and team leadership. Job Responsibilities

Conduct store‑employee customer interaction observations and provide feedback for development, training, and coaching. Assist with customer issues to enhance the T‑Mobile brand experience. Own store success, including employee needs, staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all operational functions. Drive operational excellence by monitoring sales and inventory, managing sales tracking, and implementing new store programs. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment. Hire passionate employees who build lasting customer relationships and embody the T‑Mobile brand. Support team development through training, mentoring, and behavior coaching. Stay current on the latest products, services, and leadership best practices, serving as an expert resource. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives. Achieve overall productivity and financial results using key performance indicators. Manage and control store expenses to minimize risk. Implement personalized performance management plans and recognize achievements. Meet or exceed defined monthly success metrics and sales goals. The Experience You’ll Bring

2+ years of wireless retail experience (high volume preferred) Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Communication (Required) Microsoft Office (Required) Store Management (Required) Store Operations (Required) Customer Service (Required) Requirements

2–4 years of management experience in retail sales (Required) 2–4 years of sales and sales management experience (Required) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED What’s in it for You
