Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated strategic communications plans to enhance brand identity

Create marketing and public relations strategies to build relationships with media and key influencers

Serve as the spokesperson and lead point person for media interactions

Oversee daily communications activities, including budgeting, planning, and staff development

Manage and mentor the communications team to support strategy execution

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, either in-house or with an agency

Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors

Extensive experience in writing and editing for various print and online communications media

Strong leadership experience in managing strategic communications, media relations, and marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns

Innovative thinker with a track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans

Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills

Energetic and flexible team leader who can positively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives
