We are looking for a resourceful, passionate, dedicated marketing professional with strong content writing skills and initiative to join our Division team. As a member of our team, you have an opportunity to collaborate with talented technical, marketing, and client development professionals to win new business and cultivate an outstanding client experience. Terracon is a 100 percent employee-owned consulting engineering firm providing quality services to clients. This role supports a Division team that covers 11 states in the Midwest and may be based in Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Louis, Omaha, or Chicago. General Responsibilities

Support the identification and completion of prequalification forms, researching project opportunities, creating statements of qualifications, proposals, and interview presentation preparation. Guide the proposal process and strategize, organize, write, and produce submittals. Develop and maintain a library of proposal resources including resumes, project descriptions, visuals, and boilerplate narrative information. Create local and regional marketing collateral, develop and post supporting social media content, and coordinate and plan trade shows and conferences. Support Client Relationship Management (CRM) system data entry. Collaborate with marketing and client development professionals to win new business and enhance client experience. Essential Roles And Responsibilities

Establish relationships and strive to provide an excellent client experience for clients and regional office teams. Schedule and conduct proposal kick-off meetings with project champions/PMs and other proposal team members to strategize for winners. Research, gather, and edit proposal materials including project experience, resumes, boilerplate narrative, and format proposals (including SF 330 forms). Ensure proposals and marketing materials meet requirements, are accurate, timely, and well-written. Monitor lead generation sources for pertinent information on specific pursuits. Generate business intelligence reports using internal and external resources. Partner with client development professionals to develop strategy and capture plans. Lead the process of editing and customizing marketing collateral. Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and conferences including collateral and swag. Participate in marketing meetings and support the execution of client development plans. Maintain office professional memberships. Develop written content for print, digital, and social media. Capture compelling photography to curate and manage a visual asset library. Follow safety rules and participate in pre-task planning; report any safety issues to management. Collaborate with Terracons Central Operating Group (COG) and Corporate Marketing to share best practices. Maintain quality standards on all projects. Requirements

Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field with 4-6 years of marketing and communications experience; or a minimum of 8 years related experience in lieu of a degree. Valid drivers license with acceptable violation history. About Terracon
