We are searching for a skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to transform our paid marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be required to set up and manage our paid search marketing and online advertising. You will also work with our digital marketing team to create campaigns that maximize online presence and conversions. To ensure success as a Senior Paid Specialist, you should be experienced at designing, budgeting, and managing paid search and paid social marketing campaigns for properties. A top-notch senior specialist will be able to identify and execute campaigns based on data insights while following Fair Housing Laws. Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and video Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve client goals and objectives Monitor and report on campaign performance while making adjustments as needed Work with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop custom paid media strategies to achieve them Stay up-to-date on the latest paid media trends and best practices Act as Team Lead for special projects, overseeing a team of Paid Media Specialists Analyze paid campaign performance and coordinate with management Ad hoc projects as needed Education and Experience
3+ years of experience in paid media marketing Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, display, and video advertising platforms Experience with demand-side platforms and programmatic buying is a plus Excellent analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, et. al.) Ability to develop and implement strategic paid media campaigns Collaborative mindset and a team player Passionate about marketing and paid media Driven to achieve results and make an impact Qualifications
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions Company Information
