Community & Marketing Manager

located in Nashville, TN. The Community & Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the coworking space, engaging with members, organizing events, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. In addition to overseeing the member experience, this role requires strong marketing skills to help drive lead generation, digital campaigns, and brand awareness. The Community & Marketing Manager will create and manage content, oversee social media and digital marketing, and ensure Eleven Willow is consistently reaching new audiences while supporting and retaining our existing community. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the coworking space and ensure smooth facility management Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective members Plan and execute events that foster community engagement and networking Handle member inquiries, onboard new members, and support retention initiatives Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and partners to maintain a high-quality space Manage Eleven Willows digital presence, including social media channels, website updates, and email newsletters Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility Track and analyze performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed Create and maintain a content calendar that highlights community stories, events, and offerings Collaborate with leadership to align community and marketing initiatives with business goals

Qualifications

Community Engagement and Event Planning skills Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Facility Management and Organizational skills Experience with Member Relations and Customer Service Proficient in using coworking management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a coworking or shared workspace environment is a plus Bachelors degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related field Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and social media management Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns that support community growth and brand awareness

Membership levels are consistently growing, with strong retention of existing members and steady new sign-ups. Digital marketing efforts (social media, website, and campaigns) show measurable increases in engagement, reach, and conversions. Events are well-attended, contribute to community energy, and generate new member interest. The coworking space is consistently well-maintained and provides a welcoming environment for members and visitors. Eleven Willows brand presence expands in Nashville and beyond, positioning us as a hub for creatives, founders, and storytellers.
