Location: Ampersand Studios at Nashville Yards Employment Type: Contracted – 9 months (September – May) Ampersand Studios, the next generation of flexible workspace environments, exists to inspire and support creative people. We provide stunningly designed private offices and flexible workspaces, with full in-house production and event capabilities. Our overall strategy is focused on developing a hospitality-driven and member-centric workspace where you can House Your Creativity. The Music Row location has contributed to Nashville’s growing creative community through our business support services, production capabilities, and curated programming. At our newest location, Nashville Yards, we are focused on bringing together creatives, founders, music leaders, and dynamic businesses. Position Summary
As the
Sales Manager , you will be responsible for spearheading all sales activities tied to the successful launch and sustained growth of our new location. You will develop strategic sales initiatives, execute targeted campaigns, build a robust sales pipeline, and guide prospects from inquiry to signed agreements. The ideal candidate has a wealth of experience in the music and production industry and has a passion for bringing creatives together. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive sales campaigns to drive pre-opening and post-launch office occupancy Business Development: Identify and prioritize target customer segments (i.e. startups, remote teams, and enterprise businesses) Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, promotions, and lead generation strategies Manage CRM data on Hubspot, sales pipeline stages, and reporting tools to ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking Conduct engaging tours of the space prior to opening, converting prospects into Members Maintain strong follow-up processes to build relationships and close deals efficiently Revenue & Target Management Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to build the membership base Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to refine sales approach and pricing strategies Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the executive team, including insights and action plans Customer Experience & Retention Work closely with the Community Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Develop strong relationships with members to identify upsell opportunities and referrals Address sales-related member concerns with professionalism and urgency Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, hospitality, coworking, music or similar environments Proven track record of driving sales campaigns and achieving ambitious occupancy targets Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision making Comfortable working in a startup environment Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible work environment Compensation
