Base pay range $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives
Utilize marketing automation platforms to create and optimize automated workflows, nurture leads, and segment audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and create cohesive brand messaging
Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports, providing insights to optimize future efforts.
Manage content creation to support brand positioning
Stay up-to-date with industry trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
