The Role Henry Schein / LPS is seeking a
hands-on Marketing Manager
to lead and execute marketing initiatives in a
lean, fast-paced environment . This role is ideal for a true doer—someone who enjoys building, launching, and optimizing campaigns personally rather than managing a large team.
You will own marketing execution across demand generation, digital, content, and events, working closely with leadership, sales, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads
Personally manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
Oversee SEO/SEM efforts and content calendars to support pipeline growth
Manage direct mail and campaign execution end to end
Own website updates, UX improvements, and conversion optimization
Utilize HubSpot for email campaigns, automation, reporting, and attribution
Create performance reporting and track ROI across campaigns
Support industry events and trade shows with hands‑on marketing execution
Partner with sales on messaging and sales enablement materials
Qualifications
7–10 years
of marketing experience with strong hands‑on execution
Proven success in small or growing organizations without large teams
Experience across digital marketing, demand generation, and analytics
Comfortable managing agencies and vendors directly
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Travel Less than 10%
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
