We are looking for two highly skilled Power BI Data Visualization Developers to join our Enterprise Analytics team. These roles will be responsible for designing and developing impactful, user-friendly dashboards from the ground up for the Foster Care and Hospice business segments. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in SQL and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights through interactive visualizations.
Job Responsibilities (Common to Both Roles):
Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Design and develop interactive and insightful dashboards using Power BI
Craft meaningful data stories that drive decision-making
Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in visualizations
Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability
Present analytical solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
Maintain thorough documentation for data sources, KPIs, and design logic
Additional Responsibilities:
Create new visualizations and dashboards to support Foster Care operations Convert business needs into visual analytical insights aligned with compliance and reporting standards Identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and highlight areas of improvement Collaborate with a dedicated Product Owner focused on Foster Care initiatives Additional Responsibilities:
Develop 100% new dashboards tailored to the Hospice/Home Health segment Understand clinical workflows, patient care cycles, and regulatory compliance requirements Create KPIs and metrics reflecting clinical outcomes, operational performance, and patient satisfaction Work closely with a Product Owner specialized in Hospice analytics Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard/report development Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation Expertise in data visualization best practices and UX design principles Ability to build optimized, scalable Power BI data models Familiarity with Agile methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Skills:
Domain knowledge in Foster Care or Hospice/Home Health Experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory reporting Understanding of clinical operations and patient data workflows Certifications:
