Job Title: Senior Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Location: Miami

Reports to: Social Media Director

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing social media team. This role will play a key part in amplifying our brand voice through influencer collaborations, PR gifting, and UGC creator partnerships across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Support the planning, execution, and reporting of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

Manage day-to-day communication with influencers, agencies, and creator partners at all levels (micro, mid-tier, and top-tier).

Coordinate and track PR gifting initiatives, ensuring timely product seeding and follow-up.

Source and vet UGC creators to develop authentic brand content.

Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and contracts in collaboration with the Social Media Director.

Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance reporting dashboards.

Monitor social media platforms to identify new talent, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social, PR, creative, e-commerce) to align influencer content with brand goals.

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or PR, (agency or in-house).

Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns and/or brands simultaneously.

Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (Klear, Aspire, Upfluence etc).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for social media, influencer culture, and emerging trends.
