LHH is working with a construction company looking to bring on a Marketing Coordinator to their Phoenix office on a permanent basis. In this role you will assist in business development coordination, photo/video and editing tasks, as well as miscellaneous marketing/analytics tasks. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of general marketing experience and experience with Adobe/Canva. The team operates onsite in their Phoenix office with the opportunity for remote options following the first 90 days. This role offers a pay range of $68,000-$78,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Go onsite to capture and edit photos/videos for marketing purposes, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing software
  • Support storytelling and brand visibility through visual and written content
  • Partner with the Business Development Coordinator to create marketing materials and help coordinate and execute marketing strategies aligned with BD goals
  • Attend monthly industry events and assist with promotional efforts
  • Track engagement and performance across platforms
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of marketing experience (construction or adjacent industry a plus)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic photo/video editing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • High energy, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media platforms and website content management
