The Position
Canyon State Electric (CSE), a leading electrical subcontractor in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our construction company. In this role, you will report to and work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include video production, graphic design, and social media management. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, showcasing our projects, and engaging our target audience. If you have a passion for building a brand with an in-house marketing team, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
- Produce compelling videos that showcase our construction projects, company culture, and success stories, from concept development to editing and dissemination.
- Work with internal teams to gather footage, conduct interviews, and capture visuals that highlight our expertise and accomplishments.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including infographics, brochures, banners, and other collateral, to support our brand and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, implementing innovative strategies to expand our online presence and engage a wider audience.
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques to contribute fresh ideas and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in video production, graphic design, and social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of social media analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset to track and analyze marketing performance data.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or related fields is a plus.
- Must submit a portfolio or example of your marketing work.
Pay range is $50k - 60k per year, depending on experience.
