Role Overview:
The Marketing Program Director is a strategic leader responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that integrate seamlessly with Sales and Post-Sale functions. This role oversees brand positioning, demand generation, digital presence, public relations, and event strategies to enhance Best Roofing’s market share and reputation. By leading a high-performing marketing team, the Director ensures campaigns drive measurable business results while maintaining alignment with the company’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports company revenue and gross margin goals.
- Align marketing objectives with sales and service functions to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Define key performance metrics and lead data-driven evaluations of campaign effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry and market trends to position Best Roofing as an innovator and thought leader.
Campaign Development & Brand Management
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, video, and in-person channels.
- Oversee development of creative content, including Best Roofing TV, “Let’s Ask Gregg” video series, website, and social media presence.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications, collateral, and customer touchpoints.
- Manage outbound campaigns, applicator agreements, and promotional programs.
Business Development & Market Engagement
- Partner with Business Development Managers to maximize membership, tradeshow, and networking opportunities.
- Strengthen customer loyalty while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships and support community involvement to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI and responsible allocation of resources.
- Lead and develop the marketing and business development team with clear objectives and accountability.
- Hold teams accountable for performance while fostering creativity, collaboration, and alignment with company values.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven success leading marketing programs with integrated sales alignment.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
- Experience managing websites, digital campaigns, and brand presence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
- Collaborative, creative, and adaptable mindset with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
