As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a Marketing Program Director to elevate our brand, strengthen client engagement, and align marketing strategy with business growth objectives.

Role Overview :

The Marketing Program Director is a strategic leader responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that integrate seamlessly with Sales and Post-Sale functions. This role oversees brand positioning, demand generation, digital presence, public relations, and event strategies to enhance Best Roofing’s market share and reputation. By leading a high-performing marketing team, the Director ensures campaigns drive measurable business results while maintaining alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports company revenue and gross margin goals.
  • Align marketing objectives with sales and service functions to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Define key performance metrics and lead data-driven evaluations of campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of industry and market trends to position Best Roofing as an innovator and thought leader.

Campaign Development & Brand Management

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, video, and in-person channels.
  • Oversee development of creative content, including Best Roofing TV, “Let’s Ask Gregg” video series, website, and social media presence.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications, collateral, and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage outbound campaigns, applicator agreements, and promotional programs.

Business Development & Market Engagement

  • Partner with Business Development Managers to maximize membership, tradeshow, and networking opportunities.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build strategic partnerships and support community involvement to enhance visibility and brand reputation.

Operational & Financial Oversight

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI and responsible allocation of resources.
  • Lead and develop the marketing and business development team with clear objectives and accountability.
  • Hold teams accountable for performance while fostering creativity, collaboration, and alignment with company values.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven success leading marketing programs with integrated sales alignment.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Experience managing websites, digital campaigns, and brand presence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
  • Collaborative, creative, and adaptable mindset with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
