Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing will lead Century Construction’s strategic marketing efforts, strengthen the company’s brand identity, and drive business development initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in marketing campaigns, capable of overseeing RFP management, digital marketing, and client outreach strategies to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with company goals and culture.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Request for Proposal (RFP) Management
- Oversee the preparation, writing, and submission of RFPs and RFQs.
- Collaborate with project managers and executives to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Website & Digital Presence
- Manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
- Lead efforts to improve online visibility and user engagement.
- Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content including project spotlights, company news, and industry insights.
- Strategic Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Analyze market trends and develop strategic marketing plans to support business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement outreach campaigns.
- Business Development Support
- Work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new clients and project opportunities.
- Assist in planning and hosting client events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage RFP processes.
