Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing will lead Century Construction’s strategic marketing efforts, strengthen the company’s brand identity, and drive business development initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in marketing campaigns, capable of overseeing RFP management, digital marketing, and client outreach strategies to support organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development & Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with company goals and culture.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all marketing channels.


  • Request for Proposal (RFP) Management
  • Oversee the preparation, writing, and submission of RFPs and RFQs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and executives to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.


  • Website & Digital Presence
  • Manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
  • Lead efforts to improve online visibility and user engagement.


  • Social Media & Content Marketing
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content including project spotlights, company news, and industry insights.


  • Strategic Marketing & Growth Initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategic marketing plans to support business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and implement outreach campaigns.


  • Business Development Support
  • Work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new clients and project opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and hosting client events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage RFP processes.
