About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Brand Marketing to lead the growth of its community, business, and brand. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in brand storytelling, marketing partnerships, campaign strategies, and creative output. This role is pivotal in driving the brand's mission and requires a leader who is innovative, focused, and powered by optimism. The VP will be responsible for leading a large team that encompasses creative services, social media, brand marketing, speaking, and PR, and will be expected to grow brand awareness, community, and business. Applicants must have at least 10 years' of relevant experience and have demonstrated success in leading and growing a respected brand. The role involves leading the execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns, leveraging social media to grow communities, and using consumer research to impact business metrics. The ideal candidate will be a natural storyteller, with a balance of creative and analytical skills, and a keen eye for creative work. They should be adept at leading and growing a team, and be valued for their ability to provide constructive and motivating creative feedback. The VP will also be responsible for developing and managing the brand marketing budget, as well as identifying and nurturing brand partnerships.
