Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst in Marketing Analytics to significantly influence marketing strategies through insightful data analysis. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Data Analytics Specialist to help bring our clients marketing measurement vision to life. This role is all about execution—you’ll be the one diving deep into data, models, and platforms to ensure marketing performance is tracked, measured, and understood with precision.
Your focus? At the core of this role is Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) Modeling . You’ll implement and optimize attribution models, validate insights from Data-Driven Attribution (DDA), and support the integration of approaches like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing—all building toward a unified marketing measurement (UMM) framework.

🧾 What You'll Do:
🔹Perform comprehensive analyses of marketing data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
🔹Support A/B testing and experimentation with data-driven analysis.
🔹Collaborate with UX, BI, product, and finance teams to align on metrics and reporting standards.
🔹Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, communicating results to key stakeholders.
🔹Create and maintain tableau dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
🔹 Support ad-hoc SQL queries and build custom dashboards in Tableau.
🔹Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure tracking, hygiene, and attribution accuracy.
🔹Provide recommendations to improve targeting, segmentation, and budget allocation.
🔹Employ statistical techniques to refine marketing strategies and boost customer interaction.
🧾 What You Bring:
✔️ Strong understanding of Multi-Touch Attribution Models
✔️ Expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau and Snowflake .
✔️ A minimum of 3 years in marketing analytics or a comparable analytical role.
✔️ Experience with marketing platforms ( GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, affiliate networks).
✔️ Background in eCommerce analytics or consumer-facing industries.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
✔️ Outstanding communication abilities, capable of conveying complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or related discipline
