Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Media Manager (Print, OOH & Programmatic) located in Cincinnati, OH. This role is dedicated to a single, high-priority client, serving as a hands-on media partner to plan, execute, and optimize traditional and programmatic campaigns.
The role requires strong expertise in print, out-of-home, and programmatic media , with the ability to balance tactical execution and strategic input. This is a hands-on role—you’ll be the one shaping media plans, negotiating buys, ensuring flawless delivery, and optimizing for performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, buy, and optimize media across print, OOH, and programmatic channels.
- Build media plans that align with client objectives and brand strategy.
- Manage relationships with publishers, vendors, and programmatic partners.
- Collaborate with analytics to tie performance back to business results.
- Track budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide clear, actionable reporting to internal teams and clients.
- Stay current on media trends and bring forward innovative opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of media planning and buying experience across print, OOH, and programmatic.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns from planning through optimization.
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable presenting media plans and performance updates to clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
