AAA Heating & Air, a fast-growing leader in HVAC and Electrical services across the Midlands, is seeking a results-driven marketing professional with proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing social media ad campaigns and Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.

• Plan, build, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local Service Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns for conversions.
• Collaborate with our in-house team to align campaigns with promotions, seasonal offers, and company goals.
• Develop ad creatives (copy, graphics, and video coordination) that align with our brand voice.
• Track leads, conversions, and customer acquisition costs to support growth targets.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword strategy, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and related platforms.
• Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and ad design coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven results.
