Responsibilities

Project World Impact (PWI) operates as a full-service digital marketing agency for nonprofits and for-profit organizations, helping nonprofits increase funding, visibility, and operational impact. As a Nonprofit Marketing Specialist, you will focus on a wide range of marketing initiatives for PWI and its clients, with a core emphasis on Google Ad Grants to boost awareness and engagement for nonprofit partners.

  • Google Ad Grant Management: Coordinate and maintain over 1,000 Google Ad Accounts for nonprofit organizations, ensuring compliance with Google policies and guidelines.
  • Google Search Ads: Create and manage Google Search campaigns for diverse nonprofits using the Google Ad Grant; includes campaign/ad group creation, ad creation, keyword research, and audience targeting.
  • AI Utilization: Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance Google Ad Account performance and maximize grant potential.

Client Interactions

  • Collaborate with nonprofit clients to discuss campaign performance and identify website changes or broader strategies to improve results.
  • Meet with clients to address questions regarding marketing efforts and ongoing work on their behalf.

Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Ads; identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns based on data.

Other Google Ads

  • Manage Google Display and Shopping Ads as needed for varied organizations served.
  • Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.

Email Marketing

  • Strategize, compose, and execute email marketing campaigns for PWI and for clients as requested.

Social Media

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to build PWI’s online presence, engage target audiences, and advance the mission.
  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels).
  • Manage client social media accounts according to their requirements.

Requirements

  • Willing to work on-site in Saint Charles, IL.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • Strong teamwork and effective communication within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create compelling ad copy.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Comfort with time management and project management tools.
  • Proficient with Google Suite tools.
  • Expertise in digital advertising, with the ability to analyze, plan, and optimize online campaigns.

Job Details

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
