The Creative & Marketing team builds and activates the Snap brand globally across marketing, consumer insights, creative, brand marketing, and marketing operations to enable initiatives across the Snap ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Manager, Global Creator & Consumer Marketing to lead global strategy and marketing plans for engaging and growing Snap’s consumer and creator communities. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, shape narratives, scale programs, and drive global campaigns that inspire and activate consumers and creators on Snap. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Brand Marketing and contributes to shaping Global Consumer Marketing Strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Creator & Consumer Marketing Strategy: set the global vision, roadmap, and priorities to increase understanding, usage, engagement, and retention among Creator & Consumer audiences.
  • Leadership: oversee a high‑performing cross‑functional team and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned to a unified vision.
  • Own Creator & Consumer Campaigns End-to-End: lead strategy and execution of integrated, global campaigns across products and evergreen programs regionally and globally.
  • Champion the Consumer & Creator Voice: embed authentic insights into marketing strategies, content, and experiences; act as a key advocate across Snap.
  • Partner Across Snap: collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, Insights, Partnerships, and Regional teams to ensure resonant messaging and product positioning.
  • Drive Global Consistency: develop playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks to standardize marketing to Creators & Consumers worldwide across channels and partners.
  • Measure, Optimize, Scale: define success metrics, measure performance, and iterate based on insights; apply a test‑and‑learn mindset.
  • Lead with Innovation: stay ahead of Creator & Consumer trends, platforms, and community behaviors; identify opportunities to drive cultural relevance and differentiation for Snap.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Storytelling proficiency with experience translating insights, product information, and data into marketing presentations.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative thinking, effective communication, and strong brand-building skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills across organization levels.
  • Conflict handling, delegation, and pragmatic decision-making.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project planning and on-time delivery capabilities.

  • Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in marketing, including 1 year of management experience and 5+ years in consumer marketing.
  • Experience building programs resonating with Creator & Consumer audiences, especially in tech and marketing.
  • Strategic leadership with the ability to anticipate challenges, synthesize inputs, and drive high‑impact decisions across functions and geographies.
  • Deep passion for the creator ecosystem and forward‑looking marketing with this audience.

  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Data‑driven decision making with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable as an internal and external spokesperson.
  • Experience with digital media and using advertising data to craft media strategy.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and empowering creative communities.
  • Track record of success in domestic and global marketing roles focused on Creator & Consumer programs.
  • Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, marketing materials, and sales enablement.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is as follows (U.S. locations): Zone A: $173,000-$259,000; Zone B: $164,000-$246,000; Zone C: $147,000-$220,000 annually. Base salary is negotiable based on experience, location, and market conditions. This position is eligible for equity in RSUs. Benefits include paid parental leave, medical coverage, mental health support, and other programs described by Snap.
