About You

You are well known for delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients. You can guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You enjoy working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients.

Your role at Colliers will be strategic, conceptual, and executional—leveraging design to articulate possibilities, solutions and vision. We are looking for a highly creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer.

In this role, you will…

• Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format and production.
• Provide creative leadership and direction on design, layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. Manage the visual identity and entire design process from start to end.
• Create, design, and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertising, proposal emails and websites, postcards, maps, ensuring corporate branding strategies are met.
• Large-format/environment design and installation coordination.
• Meet with teams to define project requirements and offer creative marketing solutions, producing marketing materials to the clients’ satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of graphic design experience.
• 1+ years of experience in online design, advertising and email marketing.
• Experience in either Commercial or Residential real estate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro are a bonus.
