Role

The Assistant Media Planner is responsible for assisting planners in the preparation, development, execution and monitoring of media plans for assigned clients. This role also executes buys in various systems, manages the financial aspects of contracts, and reconciles discrepancies with the media. It also supports business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications / Traits

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Skills and Experience

  • Some experience with digital media planning and program management preferred – especially data-driven and/or platform-based media (programmatic, social, search)
  • Knowledge of agency media function and core responsibilities
  • Initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in business/marketing principles
  • Strong mathematical abilities
  • Experience delivering programs from hypothetical to real-world execution is a plus

Salary Range: $45,000-50,000 annually
