This role also executes buys in various systems, manages the financial aspects of contracts, and reconciles discrepancies with the media. It also supports business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals in a timely and effective manner. Skills and Experience Some experience with digital media planning and program management preferred – especially data-driven and/or platform-based media (programmatic, social, search) Knowledge of agency media function and core responsibilities Initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in business/marketing principles Strong mathematical abilities Experience delivering programs from hypothetical to real-world execution is a plus Competencies Attention to detail; robust collaboration skills Ability to handle multiple tasks; strong communication Professional, authentic team player with a commitment to the creative process Ability to contribute original thinking and manage workload effectively Results-oriented with accountability; comfortable with change; approachable Salary Range: $45,000-50,000 annually Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industries: Advertising Services Minneapolis, MN #J-18808-Ljbffr
