Overview

Northeastern Wayne School Corporation is seeking a Choir Director and Music Teacher for Northeastern Middle School and Northeastern High School. Anticipated Start Date: January 5, 2026. Pay dependent upon experience, degree, and salary schedule stated in Master Contract.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana teaching license in subject area (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Strong background in content area and instruction
• Knowledge of best practices to meet the individual needs of students at a variety of skill levels
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators
• Ability to incorporate technology effectively to support learning and instruction
• Other characteristics include: highly organized, strong communication skills, self-motivated
